For the guides I found online that teach how to do trading using a emulator, all of them involves simulating a wifi connection and connect to GTS. then take out kadabra and it should evolve.
I am playing Pokemon Diamond on Desmume and have a few Pokemon in my team that can only be evolved through trading. This is importing Pokemon from the immediately previous generation games (gen 3 -> Pal Park -> gen 4, gen 4 -> PokeTransfer Lab -> gen 5). I've done some reading and found some hint and tips for how to evolve those pokemon who need to be traded if you're playing on an emulator on a pc, but no real conclusive help for doing it on your phone.

However, GTS has been shutdown for generation IV already. put it up for trade on the gts, then search for a pokemon and make a trade(any trade will do).
